"If you haven't been caving, you haven't been in the mountains." Caving is quite literally a trip in the mountains. No prior caving experience is required; From beautiful limestone formations to deep caving systems, Nordland has caves for all interests.

Caving is all about silence, darkness and for most people an unusual and exciting adventure. This is a unique nature adventure with a roof above your head, completely unaffected by wind, weather or season.

Caving is for everybody, whatever age group. We adapt our trips to suit your requirements.

Overnight trips are also available. Imagine being tired after coming back from a day in the mountains and being able to relax in a sauna and dive in your bed, ready for a new challenge the next day!

Facts about our caving trips:

• Places: Beiarn, Glomfjellene, Inndyr, Gildeskål
• Duration: 3-5 hours. Driving back and forth is not included in this time summary. You can also choose to camp for the night.
• Level of difficulty: Easy to demanding. Let us know which experience level you desire. 
• Number of participants: 2-15 pers. Big groups will be divided into smaller groups which will have their own guide.
• Equipment: We will provide all the neccesarry gear: helmets, headlamps and batteries. Bring hiking boots and extra clothing that can get dirty.
• Season: January - December
• Languages: English, Dutch and Norwegian
• Transportation, food & drink: not provided unless specified.

NB: Reservation is binding. By cancellation of the trip later than 16 hours before departure, we will bill you NOK 400,- pp.
